One Day Classes

In & Out of the Ditch This isn’t a class on the hazards of winter driving – just a basic class on the easiest methods of machine quilting using your feed dogs – discussion of needles, threads, stencils and more. Zip It Up If you have always been afraid to finish projects requiring zippers, fear them no more with this simple technique Kathy-Anne uses to insert little zippered bag for all your sewing stash. Date: Mon Jan 30 Time: 9 – 12 Teacher: Kathy-Anne
Learn to cut Sew & Press Terrified of the rotary cutter – or just not sure what it is? Learn the basics for quiltmaking while making a block. Proper pressing and stitching will be taught. This is the perfect class for wannabe quilters! Date: Wed. Jan 11 Time: 1 – 4 Teacher: Sue B.

SeW Squared Adaptation This class has been designed for those who have used the Square in a Square method and now want to revise a pattern they have. Sue and Wanda will work with you to determine the various options to use and how to work out fabric sizes etc. Date: Wed Feb 14 Time: 9 - 12
